We offer classes in traditional Shoalin Kung Fu and Tai Chi in the introductory program. In the Mastery Program, elements of Hsing-I, Pa Kua Zhang (ba-gua), and Shuai Chiao are taught. There is also training in yoga and meditation for Mastery Program students. Throughout the year we will have seminars where you can train under some of the top Kung fu Masters of today...
