Tami Bar-Lev is a California born, Tel-Aviv based Milliner, who designs and creates hats and head-pieces for private clients, retail, editorials, fashion shows and TV. She specializes in bridal wear and fashion statement pieces... After graduating from the "Shenkar" College of fashion design with a B.D degree, Tami went on to study millinery in London UK, where she also had voluble work experience at renowned Milliner - Piers Atkinson's studio.
