That is why Parker-Chase was created... In 1985, Parker-Chase was asked to be part of a pilot credentialing program sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The evaluation of Parker-Chase Center resulted in an article in the national magazine, Working Mother, which focused upon the services of Parker-Chase.
