Founded by Alan and Carol James, Property Experience is a team of established real estate agents in Estepona (Costa del Sol) specialising in property for sale in Estepona and the surrounding areas. In the early 70s when they arrived on the coast, there were only a handful of international companies operating on the Costa del Sol, Puerto Banus was just getting going and San Pedro Alcantara was a small fishing port... The Property Experience Group was established by Alan and Carol James in the 1970s as real estate agents in Estepona and has since then developed, managed and marketed a large portfolio of Costa del Sol real estate. Their projects include retail units, restaurants, bars, offices, sports facilities and residential developments offering Estepona property for sale located on the stretch of coast known as the New Golden Mile (7kms west of Puerto Banus).
