Partners for Care is a lean and innovative organization created to support the patients of the NSHA. Originally formed as an auxiliary Partners for Care is supported by a small, knowledgeable and skilled staff and draws upon the expertise of local business people and entrepreneurial volunteer board members... Partners for Healthier Weight is committed to providing Nova Scotians with a realistic, evidence-based approach for long-term weight management. Our team is also committed to supporting family physicians and other health care professionals to understand the complexity of obesity management and effective treatment options.
