These staff will deliver workforce development services to adult, dislocated worker, and youth job seeker and employer customers... Through its local Missouri Job Centers, Jefferson/Franklin Consortium offers employment and career training services for youth, adults and workers dislocated from their employment due to plant closings or workforce reductions.
