HEIDI GREENFIELD

I presently work primarily with adults in individual, couple and group therapy. I have worked with young children, adolescents, adults and seniors... I have specialized in working with women who have been victims of sexual abuse, spousal abuse and rape. I have worked with women individually and in groups to improve their self-esteem, enhance their assertive abilities and improve the critical choices they make to improve the quality of their lives... I have also specialized in working with men who have been abusive to their partners, helping them with concrete skills such as anger management, conflict resolution and improved communication. I have worked to help men struggle with their own sense of inadequacy and isolation, to enhance their self-esteem, redirect aggressive behaviours to assertive ones and improve the critical choices they make to improve the quality of their lives.
