Irina Tracy, employment specialist with PIC. She moved to the United States from Russia; received her bachelor's from a University in Russia and a master's degree from the University of Oregon. As an employment specialist, she guides and supports immigrants and refugees in becoming self-sufficient and employed. Irina enjoys working with people and seeing them accomplish their goals. In her freetime, Irina enjoys the outdoors, hiking, camping, kayaking and skiing with her twin sons and beloved husband. Irina also enjoys gardening, photography and art.

Josh Jones is the Program Director at Partners in Careers, having started with PIC as an Employment Specialist in January of 2018. One of his favorite quotes is by JFK "all of us do not have equal talent, but all of us should have an equal opportunity to develop our talents" which is reflected in Josh's passion to address the underlying causes of intergenerational poverty. Josh has worked in many of PIC's programs, including both in high school and out of high school youth programming, homeless Veteran housing, and Roots to Road's therapeutic workforce reintegration farming, among others.
