Politecnico di Torino was among the first Universities believing in internationalization, which, thanks to huge investments, assumed a leading role in its streategic policies... First Italian School for Engineers, from 1859 Politecnico di Torino has been training engineers, architects, designers and urban planners involved in all societal changes and innovations. In nowadays ever-changing global scenario, given disruptive phenomena such as globalization, climate change, cutting-edge and increasingly pervasive technologies, Universities need to evolve in order to produce their tangible impact. PoliTO thus evolved into an inclusive University, permeable to the labour and industrial realities, playing a key role in innovation and lifelong learning, to become a growing driving force for the sustainable development of society.
