Andrea Dunn

Attorney Andrea Dunn brings over 20 years of negotiation experience to Happy Even After Family Law. Over the years, her practice areas have included: family law, collections, landlord/tenant, real estate and condominium association general counsel. She believes in zealous advocacy for her clients and has served on the legislative advocacy committee for the Community Associations Institute, Connecticut Chapter as Vice Chair and was an integral part of the drafting of legislation concerning electric vehicle charging stations within the Clean Air Act. She returned to the practice of family law to help clients make it through the divorce process with hope and happiness for the future. She is obsessed with her rescue pups, ballroom dancing, and Key West. She brings relentless positivity to her work, her co-workers, and her clients.

Jay Suski

Jay Suski dedicated his 30-year career to law enforcement and retired as the manager of the Investigations Division. In his tenure at a Connecticut police department, he conducted and managed major criminal and background investigations, and internal affairs matters. He is passionate about gathering facts and evidence to support our clients. Jay joins the Happy Even After team with his strategic experience to position our clients with the strongest case. He is divorced and a father to three and stepdad to one so he gets the emotional journey of divorce, what co-parenting feels and looks like, and how life after divorce can be a beautiful thing. When he isn't working, he likes to swing (and miss) golf balls, cook, and hang out with his (new) wife.

Josh Keegan

Josh is a master communicator. Josh is committed to strategic communication to drive results and help people through a trying time. He graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Strategic Communication from Central Connecticut State University. He brings his expert skills in strategy and passion for the law to Happy Even After in the hopes he can act as an advocate for those going through happy, hopeful, and even difficult times. In his spare time, Josh loves to read, travel, spend time with friends and family, and spoil his dogs.

Karlo Booc

Lauren Tomaselli

Lauren has a creative streak. Lauren went to school to study design but pivoted along the way and graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has always had a passion for working with children which makes her a perfect fit for our child-centered law firm. But she is a creative to her core, and loves sharing her creative freedom with DIY projects and anything to do with design. She can whip up everything from personalized birthday cards to signs to wall and room decor for her friends & family. Her high energy and positivity are why she belongs at our office. When she isn't working, she loves fishing and being outdoors with her dog, Mack. She also enjoys movies, travel, and spending time with my friends and family.

Lily Gonzalez

Lily Gonzalez joins Happy Even After Family with over 20 years' experience in family law, having worked at the Law Office of Nancy A. Noyes, LLC, Cohen and Wolf, P.C., and Meehan Law where she honed her legal skills working with high asset clients. Lily is a graduate of the University of New Haven where she was the recipient of the Presidential Scholarship. She is passionate about helping our clients feel heard and takes immense pride in her work. When Lily isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family and her church.

Renée C. Bauer - Founder

Renée strongly believes that reconfigured families can work. This is a philosophy she applies to her job in the office and her job at home as a mom and stepmom to four children. Recognizing that people need reliable information about divorce, Renée penned the book Divorce in Connecticut, which can be found in every library throughout the state. Then one day she realized that children needed a resource also to help them understand divorce and with her son's help, she authored the children's book, Percy's Imperfectly Perfect Family. Renee also authored the Ultimate Guide to Solo and Small Firm Success.

Sara Celotto - COO

Born with an innate drive for excellence, Sara immediately exhibited exceptional leadership qualities. She was raised in North Haven, Connecticut by a single mother who battled business ownership and cancer simultaneously. During these trying years, she developed a natural aptitude for problem-solving and strategic thinking. With her mom hard at work providing for their future and fighting for her life, Sara was forced to take on traditional parenting roles. While helping to parent her younger brother, she was also able to pursue a bachelor's degree from Southern Connecticut State University. Thanks to her remarkable qualities, she managed to hold her family together, work multiple part-time jobs, and support her mother while graduating magna cum laude. Fueled by her passion for the legal profession, Sara embarked on her career journey with unwavering determination. Remarkably, before the age of 30, she achieved unprecedented milestones within the legal landscape, and unfortunately lost her mother to cancer. With a keen entrepreneurial spirit, she was the driving force in establishing multiple mid-sized law firms from inception to nearly 40 employees. Her strategic acumen and unwavering dedication were evident as she navigated complex challenges such as mergers, partnership dissolutions, and office relocations. With a proven track record of success, Sara garnered widespread recognition for her ability to drive transformative change within legal organizations. Looking ahead, Sara remains resolute in her commitment to pioneering new frontiers within the legal sphere.
