With over 40 years experience as a therapist in private practice my office has been on the top floor of the New England Building in Winter Park since 1984. I have a background of social service agency and hospital experience and now specialize in therapy for Wellness Issues. I currently work with clients dealing with a wide range of issues to help them improve their overall mental and physical health and satisfaction in life. Most clients seek therapy to fix a problem. My practice encourages clients to go beyond fixing problems to change their lifestyle which ensures their ability to maintain new skills. My Wellness Study Groups which promote a more healthy and satisfied lifestyle are the focus of my practice. Many people now see joining a fitness center as a welcome addition to a healthy physical lifestyle. Joining a Wellness Study Group is a way to maintain overall mental health.
