Our service is accessed by adults and young people with mental health conditions, autism and mild to moderate learning disabilities... However, we understand the world has many, wonderfully, unconventional human beings and by forcing convention upon them, it can have a detrimental effect on their mental health and well-being... aebal is a Nottingham based outreach support service specialising in small group support and social outcomes. We are also experienced in providing one to one mentoring to help people work through difficult thoughts and feelings around identity and where they fit into the world.
