Andy Kelly

Andy being successful in the commercial management of projects, has an MSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University. He is a driven professional, with experience across a wide and diverse career. During his career, he's developed strong analytical and organisational skills whilst developing an ability to build relationships and communicate with Stakeholders and construction professionals at all levels. From early feasibility stage estimating, through pre-contract cost planning, contract stage quantity surveying to agreeing final accounts and future lfecyle costing, Andy's expertise stretches across a wide range of the project lifecycle. Having worked in both the UK and abroad, he has worked in private practice, the public sector, contracting and development. Andy's experience and personable nature has enabled him to pride himself on delivering projects on budget and on time to the highest standard to the client's satisfaction.

Graham Black

​Graham has maintained a passion throughout his carrier for building and construction. This all started from the beginning as a civil engineer, where he worked on a number of prestigious and challenging projects. His construction experience developed into building projects, delivering buildings, facilities and spaces for a wealth of different end users and institutions. Using this experience and understanding, with confidence he became a consultant project manager. For approaching 20 years Graham has been across a wealth of sectors helping clients deliver a significant number of projects. He is qualified with a BSc Hons in Construction Commercial Management whilst also obtaining an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration. He is a full member of CIArb, CIOB and the APM. In delivering projects he is also a qualified practitioner in PRINCE2 and APMP methodologies. A valued attribute by clients is his ability to listen and understand the objectives for a project and turn this into a clear and deliverable strategy, which minimises risk and maximises efficiency. His experience brings a level of confidence, confidence and problem-solving capability. He is a good communicator and negotiator with teams and stakeholders. To Graham, the value and ability of the team are critical. He would say that the construction industry is more about ‘people' than ‘bricks and sticks!' He prioritises the support and mentoring of his team in order to develop a solid delivery across all projects.

Jason Fretter

Jason has more than 35 years' experience in the construction industry across a range of diverse sectors, including education, arts, heritage, commercial offices and health. Jason has developed a strong track record, delivering effective project management for both commercial and public sector clients. With a Building Surveying background working client side for large public sector providers, he brings his experience and understanding of the management of complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a sensitive manner. He has coupled this with his extensive knowledge of commercial and business pressures to deliver successful projects in such sectors as Education, Health Heritage and Arts. He is qualified in BSc Building Surveying and a member of the APM. Through a number of recent projects, Jason has developed a flair for guiding clients through the challenges of redevelopment throughout the lifecycle of their project. Where there are multiple stakeholders, and a myriad of business drivers Jason is able to balance these and, by identifying critical priorities, achieve the Client's objectives.
