Hector started Emphasis at Home nearly 20 years ago and has grown the company to include a wide range of projects that include luxury residential and commercial clients, providing full renovations, custom furnishings and window treatments.
He has a strong background in production and grew a large workshop that enables exacting fulfillment of these custom services with a talented team of craftsmen.
Additionally, he has grown a complimentary service that provides full service Event Production specifically catering to Miami's Fashion and Design Communities. Clients include Fendi Casa, The Rug Company UK, Cappellini & Poltrona Frau, American Express, CNN and WRP Fine Art.
Murdock MacKenzie has a background in Fine Art and Design and works with clients to discern their needs and tastes and helps lay the foundation for the overall design schematics of our projects. His Fine Art background helps in sourcing and incorporating this essential and very personal aspect of the design process. He also oversees the Event Production Division of the company.
Rodit Arcos is a multi-talented member of our team who heads up our design and creative services. He works directly with clients to produce our custom furniture, oversees all aspects of sourcing accessories, art and plants to round out the final result. His background as a photographer makes him the ideal lliason for art selections and placement. Additionally he oversees all digital design and presentation for the company.
