Joshua Zaremba is a fourth generation Zaremba working in the field of construction, management, and renovation of real estate. His interest in the family business was sparked by working next to his father, Timothy Zaremba. For over 25 years, Joshua has been involved in multiple facets of the business, from collections to renovation projects and capital asset management. Today, he is focused on overseeing all aspects of the operation.
Valerie Zaremba worked alongside Tim Zaremba for over 45 years. Together, they were involved in construction, landscaping projects, and the development and management of commercial and residential apartments. Valerie also headed up Zaremba Management's corporate housing program and has been the interior designer on many of ZMC's renovation and redecorating projects.
