Caleb brings optimism and a youthful minded approach to our team. As a Portfolio Manager he really enjoys working and interacting with owners and tenants to make sure both parties are heard and happy. He works day-to-day with Tracey and together they make a cracking team. Caleb manages all inspections, reporting and general maintenance across their portfolio. Caleb is always willing, super friendly, practical and very dependable. Caleb is currently studying to become a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Deb, like Peter, came across to the team when Haus was bought by Stable. Deb has a wealth of industry knowledge and is always willing to share a story - or two. Deb is friendly and committed and puts a real emphasis on building relationships with both tenants and owners. She takes great pride in matching the right place with the right people. Fiona is our internal accountant and an administration legend. Fiona works on the day-to-day financials and reporting side of the business, Trust Account management, client payments and is the best money lady we could ever ask for.
Hayley started as Front of House at Stable and has learnt the business, and art, of Property Management from the ground up. She's our team cheerleader, can-doer and all round good person. Having moved into the Property Management role Hayley brings to it her sense of order and fun. She's a bright light and is all action. Hayley enjoys building strong relationships with tenants and owners alike and nothing gives her more satisfaction than getting, and keeping, everyone on the same page.

The Stable team and clients love working with Jenna. As well as being a Stable Property director she makes the business of property management fun! Jenna balances her practical experience with an ability to make measured decisions quickly and to the benefit of everyone. Jenna loves the ever-changing world of property management, the variety of people she meets, the fact that no two days are the same, and the satisfaction that comes from a smooth-running team and tenancy. Jenna holds the NZQA Residential Property Management (Level 4) Qualification.

To say Kristin knows property is an understatement. Kristin is a seasoned Property Management professional who has worked in and around the Wellington Region in property management and sales for over 30 years. Kristin works with Peter conducting and documenting inspections across their shared portfolio. Her eye for detail is second-to-none and she firmly believes a well maintained and monitored property is vital to any successful tenancy. She is proactive and will always advocate for preventative maintenance, when needed.

Lincoln's success in Wellington's property management sector goes back to 2004. He and his business partner Jenna Flynn set-up Stable in 2012 - with a desire to create a business on their own terms and with a focus on service and delivering the right results, for owners and tenants alike. Lincoln is focused on developing long-lasting relationships based on trust, confidence and mutual respect. It's safe to say, and after the number of years Lincoln has been in the industry, he's a credible source for new business enquiries and overseeing the marketing of Stable's properties. Lincoln holds the NZQA Residential Property Management (Level 4) Qualification.
When Stable bought Haus Property in 2022 Peter came across in the merger. Peter brings, to Stable, many years of property management experience which is complemented by his years in Hotel Management. Peter manages his portfolio with calm ease and believes in honest and timely communication. Peter likes to get things done and is all about delivering strong service.
Toni's all about helping the Stable team run smoothly, managing the multitude of tradies and clients who come in on a day, and keeping the office running efficiently. Toni manages our Healthy Home Assessments, takes care of Smoke Alarm Compliance and is the go-to support for Lincoln and Jenna. Toni is organised, a true people person and with her background in hospitality - coming to us via the Sofitel Hotel in Wellington - nothing is ever a problem and any request is always met with a gracious smile and willingness to help.
Tracey joined Stable after 11 years with Australian facilities management company Orica, where she was responsible for managing 15 floors of a commercial building. Her skill-set translated seamlessly across to her role at Stable. Tracey is all about doing things once and doing things right. Tracey takes great pride in keeping property owners up to date - and letting them know if anything needs doing. Tracey is the lady of the follow-up and never leaves her station with a tenant or an owner not responded to. One of Tracey's greatest assets is her unwavering commitment to finding a solution and getting the job done! Tracey holds the NZQA Residential Property Management (Level 4) Qualification.
