No. 3 Chereson Place, 36 Murray Street, Nelspruit, 1200
The Organisation was registered in May 1997 after a number of employers in Nelspruit associated to form an Employers' Organisation. It was originally registered under the name Employers' Organisation of Mpumalanga. The constitution initially provided for the Officials of the Organisation to represent employers in Mpumalanga only. As the EOM grew and gained more and more members, which included employers outside of the province of Mpumalanga, the Organisation was forced to change its constitution to allow for representation in the rest of the country. The Registrar of Labour Relations subsequently required the Organisation to change its name to widen its scope. On the 16th of November 2011 the name changed to the Employers' Organisation of Mzanzi. The name Mzanzi is a colloquial for South Africa. This enabled the Organisation to retain the EOM acronym... To govern relations between members and their employees and to protect and promote the interests of our members... To promote,..
