Rajiv Kumar is responsible for managing the company's businesses and has over 25 years of experience in networking and IT industry. Rajiv has grown to be a true visionary in the technology industry and has led the company through many important milestones. During his distinguished career, Rajiv has held several executive positions at leading enterprise software companies. Rajiv has directed the company to a leadership position in the Systems Integration market in India. From 1985 - 92 he also helped Hewlett Packard create and develop a successful business venture in the Sultanate of Oman through Imtac LLC., the partner for HP business in the Gulf. Rajiv Kumar is a first class B.Tech from I.I.T Delhi and M.B.A from I.I.M Ahmedabad, India. Rajiv continues to be recognized for his guidance and leadership with numerous accolades.

Prior to Proactive, Sangeeta started her career in the field of Finance and has worked in the past with MMTC in India, with Griffin &Nagda in Dubai as a Financial Adviser, and with Oman Investments in Sultanate of Oman as an Investment Adviser. Sangeeta is responsible for providing the company with strategic financial guidance. Sangeeta holds a degree in M.B.A. (Finance) from FMS, Delhi and B.A. (Economics) from Delhi University..
