Greg DeNicola

Job Titles:
  • Director of Construction & Planning Services
Greg started his career as an architect and still loves design. His real passion though is bringing projects to life. With over 15 years in design and construction, he knows it takes a lot more than design to make a project happen. There's logistics, timing, financing, codes, regulations and more that go into making a project successful. Greg is good at seeing the big picture and understanding how all the different elements of a project work together. He considers it his job to balance these elements and deliver the best overall product.

Kyle (Ky) Maurath-Petras

Job Titles:
  • Program Director
Critique the work, praise the people. Ky has over 25 years of experience in economic development in targeted neighborhoods and health care business management in multiple subspecialties, now focused on new and renovating health care facilities. Subspecialties have "personalities" and medical facilities must build to stay one step ahead of a complex, dynamic and constantly evolving set of needs and regulation. She relishes understanding the big picture, merging the personalities and needs with the design and build process - finds it a satisfying and creative contribution to the communities served. A devoted book clubber and investigative ‘googler', Ky enjoys crafting new experiences, all manner of the arts, travel and family time with her husband Jeff, their "adulting" children and a few fabulous grandkids.
