David Andrews

For many years, David worked in a retail bank as Head of Training and Development and then as Head of the Consultancy division of Impact. Dave has since set up his own consultancy. His assignments include a senior executive development programme with an investment bank in the UK, Switzerland, Singapore and New York. David also works on a coaching assignment with the Directors of the Claims division of a global reinsurance company.

Sonia Inniss

Sonia is a co-founder of Consultants at Work. Her career spans 25 years of working with senior executives in a variety of sectors, ranging from FTSE 100 to professional service firms to the public sector. Her approach is built around client needs. Assignments can vary in length and her involvement ranges from designer and advisor to executive coach. The majority of Sonia's client relationships represent long-term associations, a fact of which she is very proud. In the early part of her career, Sonia worked in a variety of Adult Out-Patient Psychotherapy services. A developing interest in organization behaviour led to three years at Business School and working in a Merchant Bank, which is where she gathered the evidence for her thesis on Mergers and Acquisitions. Sonia is a former Regional Chair of the Institute of Management Consultants, (now the Institute of Consulting). Sonia has worked with a number of highly skilled people who remain part of her close professional network. When the scope of her projects merits additional resources, she often involves colleagues, two of whom are below.
