I have been a professional software engineer for 10 plus years but the path that lead me here is not that ordinary. I began my career as a Mechanical Engineer, working on programs such as the Space Shuttle, and the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter aircraft. Pretty serious stuff! After 10 years in engineering I decided to take my interests in web technologies and art to the next level. At UCLA, I completed the Design Communication Arts Certificate program and voila…I began my new career in web development. I continued my education by learning JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML5 and CSS3 and have been incorporating these functionalities into my sites ever since. The rest as they say is history.
