Coastal Training Consultants & Inspectors™ is operated and was founded by Robert Bolus who has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. He holds licenses in the State of South Carolina in residential and commercial construction, home inspection and codes enforcement. A former construction trades instructor at Trident Technical College and building inspector for the City of Isle of Palms, SC, he maintains certification in all areas of building inspection through the International Codes Council (ICC) and contracts with local municipalities and contractors to perform third-party building inspections.
