Having joined Ideal Image in 1999, Aaron has over twenty years' experience in Production and Operations.
Aaron has worked in all areas of manufacturing and production within the organization, including shipping, fabrication, finishing, engineering, installation, and warehouse management. In his position as Director of Operations, he has always found value in learning through experience.
Aaron oversees scheduling in all areas of production, including our CAD design and estimating functions. Also, being responsible for our fully warranted team of external fitters, he ensures a smooth operating process for our clients from initial enquiry and quotation request, to fully completed Turn Key project handover.
He believes communication and customer satisfaction are key elements to success.

As co-founder and joint owner of Ideal Image Inc., Belinda jointly founded the Corporation in 1993 alongside her spouse Dale Paugh.
Using her extensive financial experience as an Office Manager and Bookkeeper in the recreational vehicle industry, Belinda has successfully managed all financial aspects of Ideal Image from its inception to the multi-faceted organization it is today.
After serving as Chief Financial Officer for 25 years, Belinda continues to lead Ideal Image's financial team with her wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the Corporation.
