Backflow Technology, LLC is a Class A Plumbing Contractor specializing in backflow prevention and cross connection control. Founded in 1997 as a backflow prevention assembly testing, repair, and installation company by Philip S. Barbe, Jr., who remains the company's senior cross-connection authority and serves as the Executive Vice President. Carol Barbe serves as the President and CEO overseeing the daily business operations. We are the oldest family-owned backflow prevention and cross connection control company in the DMV area...
