Andrew Frank - EVP

Andrew is Executive Vice President of Shelter Rock Management. He is responsible for managing client relationships, business development and corporate operations. Andrew is a seasoned financial services executive with three decades of investment-related industry experience in institutional sales and trading, portfolio and wealth management. Prior to Shelter Rock, Andrew was an institutional sales and trading Managing Director and Vice President at firms including Penserra Securities, HSBC Securities, the New York Stock Exchange, Jefferies & Company and Instinet Corporation. At these firms, he helped manage trading relationships with some of the world's largest institutional investment companies. Prior to this, Andrew was a portfolio manager at Sanford Bernstein & Company, where he invested over $700 million in assets for wealth management clients. Andrew began his professional career with Merrill Lynch, in a financial advisory capacity, where he provided retirement plan expertise to small business corporations. Mr. Frank has a BA in Political Economy from Tulane University. He is an avid golfer. Andrew and his wife Colleen live in Edgemont, New York, and they have two sons Griffin and Devin.

Jason Verville

Job Titles:
  • Investment Research and Trading Associate
Jason performs fundamental equity and credit research on Shelter Rock Management's portfolio holdings by following our proprietary investment processes. He also provides trading support to assist with the management of client accounts. Jason has a BBA in Finance from Villanova University. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling.

Jeff Barnett - VP

Jeff provides investment advisory and retirement planning guidance to the firms' clients. Jeff has nearly three decades of high-level corporate finance and accounting leadership experience. He has worked in companies that range in size from early stage to Fortune 500 multinational businesses. Prior to Shelter Rock, Jeff was CFO of Precision Valve, VP of Finance at Sealed Air Corporation as well as Regional CFO and VP of Internal Audit for Delhaize Group while living and working in Europe. He also previously served as an Audit Senior Manager with KPMG. Jeff has a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Appalachian State University. Jeff and his wife Heather live in Greenville, SC and they live with their son Zack. Jeff's older children Sarah, Allie, Claudia and Wes are working toward their graduate and undergraduate degrees. Jeff and Heather enjoy spending time traveling, golf and watching youth sports.

Randi Goodman

Randi's three-decades of experience in marketing, compliance and client services support Shelter Rock's corporate operations. Prior to joining Shelter Rock, Randi was the Director of Affiliate Marketing at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where she performed strategic and financial planning, oversaw budgets, and managed retention and acquisition programs for the NASDAQ and the American Stock Exchanges. Before her tenure at FINRA, Randi served as Director of Excite@Home, where she managed media relationships with several Fortune 100 companies. Mrs. Goodman earned a BA in Communications and Marketing from the University of Michigan. Randi and her husband Jordan's children include their son and daughter named Alec and Kate.

Sean Chaitman - Chief Investment Officer, President

Sean is President and Chief Investment Officer of Shelter Rock Management. He has close to three decades of investment management experience as a portfolio manager and a research analyst. Prior to Shelter Rock, he was a member of Heirloom Capital Management, a long and short investment fund that had assets in excess of $500 million. He was responsible for the firm's global investments in telecommunications, media, technology and other industries. He was also a member of the long and short investment fund Zinc Capital Management where he focused on technology investments. Mr. Chaitman was formerly a senior equity research analyst at Jesup & Lamont Securities Corporation and a member of Smith Barney's value stock research team. At these firms he worked with portfolio managers and analysts at some of the largest institutional investment companies worldwide. Mr. Chaitman has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. For his investment work he was ranked by Reuters as a top 10 small and mid-cap electronics analyst in its 1999 and 2000 surveys. He has been quoted and featured in The Wall Street Journal, Investor's Business Daily, Forbes and The Wall Street Transcript. Mr. Chaitman is married to Lori, Global Head of Investor Relations at Kyndryl Holdings, Inc., and they have two sons named Max and Jack.

Shari Edelstein

Shari works closely with Shelter Rock's executive management team by providing administrative and operational support. She manages the company's daily office administration by preparing, processing and maintaining client brokerage account and compliance documents. Shari oversees a variety of operational support projects that help the company operate in an efficient manner. Prior to Shelter Rock, Shari worked in the non-profit sector as a fundraising and event director for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Shari has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the George Washington University. She is a former Division 1 athlete having participated on George Washington's Gymnastics team. Shari lives in Roslyn, New York, with her husband Jay and their three children Spencer, Derek and Amber.
