Charlotte received her B.S. from the University of San Francisco. She worked in the aerospace industry for 11 years as a Planner and Senior Operations Control Analyst, and for 5 years at the California State University Sacramento Foundation as the grants and contracts administrator. In 1995 Charlotte formed a successful company called Data to Information, or DTI. DTI focused on business process assessment, data flow definition, data output formatting, data display, and data verification and validation. Charlotte is also a Certified Quality Analyst, (CQA), and Certified Software Test Engineer, (CSTE), through the Quality Assurance Institute.

Gary has been involved in the IT industry since 1982, where he began tutoring students in BASIC programming at Northeastern State University, and trouble-shooting programs written in COBOL and FORTRAN. Gary formed his own company in 1989, GMM Enterprises, which focused on assembly, configuration, and maintenance of personal computer systems, and software quality improvement consulting to large and small businesses. Gary is a Certified Quality Analyst, (CQA) and Certified Software Test Engineer, (CSTE), through the Quality Assurance Institute, (QAI), out of Orlando, Florida.
