Boleslaw Gubernat

Boleslaw Gubernat is an experienced lawyer with an emphasis in automobile, workers compensation, medical malpractice, family law, traffic, and other cases. Boleslaw takes particular pride in representing those most in need of help of a lawyer-people unfamiliar with the legal system and those who have nowhere to turn. Boleslaw has dedicated his careers to helping people who have found themselves caught in difficult situations. Attorney Boleslaw Gubernat is dedicated to standing up for the injured and abused. He is passionate about seeing that his clients receive justice. Boleslaw graduated cum laude from the John Marshall Law School, where he also served as a member of the Law Review, the highest academic honor program. While serving on the Law Review, Boleslaw wrote a comment on the status of the "distraction" exception to the doctrine of no liability of the Illinois owners and occupiers of land for "open and obvious" dangers. Besides writing his comment, Boleslaw assisted the editorial board of the John Marshall Law Review in researching, editing, and preparing numerous articles for publication. When at Law School, Boleslaw also received a CALI Certificate of Excellence for his achievements in the study of Civil Procedure.

Martin Michalski

Martin is an active member in the Polish community and prides himself on being fluent in Polish. A perpetual student of history, Martin's passion outside of the law is Military History, especially as it pertains to the plight of the Polish people throughout the centuries. Originally destined for a career of a historian, Martin interned at the Auschwitz State Museum in Oswiencim, Poland, as a museum-guide and research assistant. He began his legal practice as intern at the Warsaw and Paris offices of the prestigious and internationally recognized law firm of Gide Loyrette&Nouel.
