Due to the cost and duration of construction projects, Labibco must receive payments as work is completed with a mobilization fee for start-up jobs. These payments are based on completed work and stored material. We understand that it is customary to withhold a percentage of the payment referred to as retainage. We will require direct deposit and issue invoices on all service agreements. We will require privacy on agreements because some jobs are located in hazardous areas, confined space training with certified personnel will be required. Limited warranties will be issued on materials and contingency agreements on labor. Verbal request for estimates will be charged but prebid site inspection accompanied with Request for Proposals are free. Journeyman skilled labor will be obtained from certified labor pools... Our market focus is commercial and residential. We will perform services on new construction, additions and/or alteration work.
