Mr. Dieterle primarily works on civil litigation, with an exclusive emphasis on commercial litigation, business litigation, real estate litigation and probate litigation. Areas of responsibility include jury and non-jury trials, mediations, evidentiary hearings, Uniform Motion Calendar hearings, taking party, fact witness and expert witness depositions, propounding discovery, preparing pleadings and conduct legal research. He has also been certified by the Florida Supreme Court since 2009 as a Certified Circuit Court Mediator. A litigator with more than 28 years of litigation experience handling complex probate and commercial and business litigation. Mr. Dieterle is the President of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and Vice-Chairman of the Palm Beach Judicial Nominating Committee.

Ms. Guffey heads the probate department and handles appeals practicing since 1993, with various notable published works to her name on topics including fiduciary duty. Ms. Guffey handles appeals in both state and federal courts.
