Ashley Warrenton-Smith, CEO, is a trainer, facilitator, & leadership coach at our corporate headquarters in Medford, Oregon. She founded Catalyst Coaching & Training in 1985.
She has 11 years of management experience in human resources ranging from Fortune 250 to entrepreneurial companies & over 25 years experience in organizational development. She served as Senior Vice President in her last two corporate positions & has been a consultant for over 25 years. She taught Emotional Intelligence at Stanford University.
Ashley's BA is in Psychology from the University of South Florida & her Master's is in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She is a Certified Trainer in L4 Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, MBTI®, DiSC®, Birkman & numerous other assessments and programs. Ashley is certified in Thought Pattern Management. She graduated from the Coaches Training Institute & the NLP Institute of California as a certified Leadership Coach & Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) - a transformational tool used internationally to assist in leadership development. Kim received her BA from the University of the West of England in Accelerated Adult Learning. One of Kim's specialties is developing & facilitating customized Train the Trainer courses for organizations to meet their goals & objectives. In England & the United States, she has facilitated multiple workshops for educators & managers including MBTI® communication skills, stress management, time management & other topics.
