Kelly is the Director and Chief Coach of Sydney Emotional Fitness, est in 2008. Kelly previously held a series of senior management positions within global firms and her journey has seen her work most recently as part of the Global Leadership teams for innovative and leading edge organisations such as LinkedIn. Kelly has a demonstrated track record and reputation as a transformer of talent. A coach with foundations in science, leadership & talent frameworks. Kelly has led key strategic change management and transformation programs with the focus on talent, corporate infrastructure and customer experience for a number of large international organisations. A passionate and empathic leader, Kelly has coached and mentored successful people leaders and individuals globally. As both an innovative business leader and coach Kelly has seen great success with her warm and values driven approach. A believer in transformative thinking and an anything is possible outlook, Kelly guides and inspires individuals to break down current thought patterns to forge a future that is designed by the coachee.

Scott Wright

Scott Wright, an experienced psychologist, established Sydney Emotional Fitness in 2008. His personal passion is not only to assist his clientele to overcome their current issues, but to guide them towards emotional health, resilience and wellbeing. Scott has been the driving force behind the practice and counseling ethos of Sydney Emotional Fitness. Scotts approach to treatment at Sydney Emotional Fitness is based on scientifically supported methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other Mindfulness based techniques. These methods are used in collaboration with the individual's very unique experience with their issues and circumstances. Neuroscience also plays a significant part of the treatment process as Scott's approach encompasses the knowledge of the brain, mind, emotions, and behavior. Scott has extensive experience assisting people deal with a range of challenging life circumstances including: Depression Anxiety/Panic/Phobias/Fears/Trauma Stress Management Grief Anger Management Relationship Counselling (inc Marriage/Couples) Self-Esteem and Confidence Building Weight Issues Drug and Alcohol issues Chronic Pain Scott is a licensed member of the Registration Board and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). His practices are aligned with the Ethical Standards of the APS. In addition to his current work Scott brings extensive life experience to the therapeutic setting, with experiences from his time in the Police Force, Commerce, Critical Incident Training, and Disability areas. Principal Psychologist Scott Wright established Sydney Emotional Fitness Psychologist, Counselling and Coaching Services with a dual purpose in mind. Firstly, we aim to offer the best in scientifically based psychologist and counselling services and, secondly, to help you develop insight, tools, and skills for lasting emotional fitness and resilience.
