Alison has worked within the commercial environment in property with over 39 years' experience in both Perth and Sydney, specialising in operational and strategic property and facilities management.

Ben has over 20 years' experience as a Human Resources professional. Having worked in people and culture in local government and the public sector, Ben has a wealth of knowledge in employee and industrial relations and has a passion for organisational culture, values and behaviours.
Colleen is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in Corporate Accounting. She brings expertise in Financial & Management Accounting, Analysis & Modelling as well as Corporate & Financial Strategy.
Dean brings a powerful understanding of education and the fast-changing youth culture to our Board, gleaned from his current role as Headmaster of Hale School.
Felicity is Principal of strategic consultancy Culture + Context and leadership coaching consultancy Morel Consulting.
Graeme has spent over 15 years working at the senior level of the State Government advising various Minister's on Government policy in the areas of transport, industrial relation and regional development.
Graham saw service in Vietnam where he was wounded twice, the second time resulting in the loss of both legs. Following rehabilitation, Graham was employed by the Department of Army and Veterans Affairs. He went on to help establish the Vietnam Veterans Counselling Service and also served as a Councillor with the City of Stirling before entering State Parliament in 1983 where he served for 14 years, including seven as a Minister. In 1997, Graham was elected to the Federal Parliament and retired in 2007. In the following years, Graham has continued to serve the community in various volunteer roles, including four years as State President of the RSL.
Well known in Western Australia as a former State Government Minister, a Labor member of both the State Legislative Council and Federal Member of the House of Representatives in the seat of Cowan, Graham became St Bart's inaugural Patron in 2021.
A management and governance specialist, Hamish has a long history of working with not for profit organisations. He has held numerous positions in Anglican organisations, including the Anglican Church Diocese of Perth, since 2004 and is currently WA State Manager of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Lena has worked in senior leadership and management positions in health and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom for more than 20 years.
Libby is a registered Nurse who has worked in acute healthcare for over 25 years, in both Tasmania and Western Australia. She has extensive experience in a variety of settings, including executive roles, predominantly in the private acute care sector.
More recently, she has led in quality, risk, safety and clinical governance. She is passionate about clinical governance at all levels of organisations, to support the safe delivery of care.
Martin has more than 20 years of experience as a senior financial professional and is a member of CPA Australia. Having worked in a number of industries, including the not-for-profit sector, Martin brings a wealth of knowledge to his Chief Financial Officer role.

Mel is former Chair of Cullen Wines (Australia) Pty Ltd, former Director of The Hawaiian Group, and previous Acting CEO of Royal Flying Doctor Service. He has also been President and Director of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and Vice President and Director of Fremantle Football Club Ltd.
Mel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia. Mel is Chair of our Business Development Committee.

Sarah is currently the Director of the Agency Capability Review Program at the WA Public Sector Commission. Her governance experience includes serving as a Council Member of St Columba College and St Barnabas Theological College in Adelaide, a member of the Anglicare SA Appeals Committee, and Chair of the St Peter's Cathedral Art Prize. Sarah has been a volunteer at St Bart's in its aged care services since 2019.
Sarah brings expertise in public policy and administration, with over 18 years' experience in government. She has held roles in the Commonwealth Departments of the Treasury, Finance and Veterans' Affairs, and as a Director in the Office of the Director General at the WA Department of Communities.
