Bianca joined Sitings in March 2024 after completing her Marketing Degree from UBC Sauder School of Business and her Communication and Design Essentials Certificate from Emily Carr and BCIT. With a passion for graphic design, Bianca strives to bridge style and aesthetics with strategic solutions. Her previous work as a freelance brand designer demonstrates her versatility, creative eye, and dedication to her craft.
Outside of her professional work, Bianca spends her free time trying new restaurants around the city, going for walks or runs around the Seawall, and dancing with her competitive hip hop team.

Brandon joined the Sitings team in 2017 following his completion of BCIT's Real Estate Program. Since then, Brandon has worked closely with a variety of retailers and has played a key role in helping them grow their businesses across BC and Alberta. Among the notable tenants that Brandon has worked with include: BC Liquor Distribution Branch, 123Dentist, Next Level Childcare, Nutters Everyday Health Foods, Telus, OPA! of Greece, Chutney's Indian Grill, Snap Fitness, Heal Wellness, and Supplement King.
Additionally, because of his comprehensive understanding of the tenant side of the business, he provides his landlord clients with significant and valuable insight into their project leasing and is able to help them build strategic leasing and marketing strategies. This unique skillset and his ability to bridge the gap between landlords and tenants has helped connect the right tenant with the right space. Notable projects within his portfolio include Ironwood Plaza, Vancouver House, Woodwards Building, Blood Alley, Tyee Plaza, Fleetwood Village, and Tri-City Mall.
David joined Sitings in 2023 as a partner. David's expertise is in the sale and leasing of retail investment properties. Through his experience and education, David understands the complexities of retail leasing and the sale and disposition of assets in this changing retail landscape.
David's insight on current market conditions coupled with understanding his clients' goals and objectives is invaluable to the marketing and negotiation process. His expertise combined with his excellent relationships, work ethic, and reputation has enabled him to provide his clients with outstanding results.
Previously, he worked at Colliers for 12 years as Senior Vice President in the Vancouver office.

Gisella joined Sitings in September 2019, bringing 25+ years of experience in Marketing and Graphic Design. Previously, Gisella was partner in a marketing agency for over 13 years, attending clients from bars, hotels, manufacturing, consulting, and medical. She has solid knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, positioning, brand identity, corporate brand standard compliance, marketing campaigns, creation of print and digital assets, social media, and e-mail marketing. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and drinking good wines with friends.

Kayla started her commercial real estate career in 2018 and specializes in the leasing and sale of retail properties. She provides project marketing services and carries out tenant mandates, primarily focused on urban markets.
Through understanding her client's goals, Kayla ensures their real estate solutions reflect their overall business strategy by equipping them with the right tools and information for continued success. She has a passion for facilitating complementary tenant mixes that benefit one another while catering to the demand generated from the surrounding trade area.
Kayla is a graduate of the University of Victoria's Gustavson School of Business, where she specialized in entrepreneurship and had since earned the 2022 Colliers Rookie of the Year and was elected as a 2022-2023 Colliers North American Emerging Retail Leader.

Nancy Bayly is the Vice President at Sitings Realty, a leading commercial real estate brokerage specializing in retail tenant representation and project leasing. With a commerce degree from the University of Victoria and a Real Estate License from UBC Sauder School of Business, Nancy has been a valuable member of the Sitings Realty team since 2013. Her expertise expands across both BC and AB, including unique expertise in her hometown of Whistler, BC.
She is dedicated to assisting tenant clients in sourcing sites targeted to their needs and working directly with landlords to secure an optimal tenant mix for their projects. Nancy's specialties include mixed-use projects, transportation projects, power centers, lifestyle centers, and grocery-anchored sites, as well as, working closely with a number of leading retailers, restauranteurs, and service operators. In addition to her professional work, Nancy is an active member and volunteer of the CREW Vancouver Chapter and ICSC.
Nick Fisher joined Sitings Realty in 2009 after graduating from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics.
Nick works closely with leading retailers, restaurants, and service providers in development planning and site selection across western Canada. A sample of clients represented include Structube Furniture, Westland Insurance Group, Running Room, Canada Post, FDF Restaurant Brands (Famoso Pizzeria, Ricky's All Day Grill & Fatburger Restaurants) and many others.
Nick also has successfully worked with landlords and developers to develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies for new developments as well as existing assets. Clients represented include Crombie REIT, UBC Properties Trust, Translink, and Beedie Development.
