Associate Director of RDC Architects Pte Ltd., Su Mei is a highly experienced and accomplished project architect, with rich and varied experience in projects of differing scales and typologies such as Commercial, Residential, Institutional and Industrial typologies. She has personally managed more than 10 completed building projects and designed many more. Her core skills are in team management, client servicing and regulatory compliance.

Associate Director of RDC Architects Pte Ltd., Francis Chung has been with RDC since its inception, and has played an important role in numerous projects as the key technical personnel in charge. His strength is in authorities' liaisons and compliances, and having been in the industry for more than thirty years, his rich experience lends a critical advantage to the team. Francis is well-versed in building construction technologies and project management, and an asset to have during the construction phase. He also has a wealth of technical knowledge, which he shares readily.

Associate Director of RDC Architects Pte Ltd., Ai Ling graduated with a Master in Architecture from the National University of Singapore and has since acquired a wealth of experience in the various aspects of Architecture. With a keen interest in environmental issues, she was also among the pioneering batch of MSc Sustainable Building Design from the University of Nottingham UK under the BCA Academy initiative. Ai Ling has a variety of projects under her belt, ranging from design and detailing of good class bungalows and private residential to institutional and commercial projects. With projects carried out both locally and overseas.

Liew Chon Jack

Jack joined RDC Architects in June 2016. He graduated in 2001 with Master of Architecture from McGill University, Canada, and started his professional endeavours back in Singapore since 2002. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked in numerous award-winning projects and notably the Bench 1973 under URA BENCH. Jack latest involvement in RDC is the first vertical A&E building in Singapore

Mohan Shanmugam

Director of RDC Architects Pte Ltd., Mohan Shanmugam has been involved in the design and implementation of industrial and commercial developments in Singapore. He has designed, co-ordinated and completed large conventional warehouses, ASRS Districentres and logistic centres. He has also taken the role of Project Architect in the various types of industrial developments and residential developments from design stage to building occupation. Mr Mohan is also involved in the site co-ordination and supervision of all the projects.

Rita Soh - Managing Director

Rita Soh obtained in 2011, Master of Science in Sustainable Building Design from the University of Nottingham (UK), to reinforce her strong belief that all buildings are to be designed sustainably with good environmental comforts for its occupants through responsible use of earth's natural resources. She graduated with honours from the National University of Singapore in 1987 and joined RDC Architects Pte Ltd in 1989. Now Managing Director, Ms Soh has been involved in feasibility studies, design & project management of healthcare, hospitality, residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and infra-structure projects, both local and overseas. She is presently Director-in-charge of the Medical Centre @Changi General Hospital, the Emergency Medicine Building with Campus Utilities Plant @Singapore General Hospital Outram, 3 new MRT stations @LTA's Circle Line and the Conservation of 3 historic churches. Her recent completed work included the Remodeling to existing Main Building @National University Hospital, The Integrated Building @Changi General Hospital and AALTO, a prestigious high-rise condominium. These projects had won numerous Platinum & Gold-Plus Awards given for BCA BIM, UD Mark and GreenMark. Her Restoration work of the 150+years old Monument, St Peter & Paul Church @Queen's St had also been awarded ARCASIA Gold Medal, SIA Design Award & URA Heritage Award.

Wu Shan Yat

Shan Yat joined RDC Architects Pte Ltd as an Architectural Associate in March 2017 and thereafter promoted to Architect, bringing with him 9 years of practical working experience after graduating with a Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne (Australia) in 2010. Prior to joining RDC, Shan Yat was involved in various Residential Projects. His involvement spanned the full range from Client engagement, Concept Design, Design Development, Tender process, Contract Administration, Project management to Post-Construction. His job scope included the intricate detailing of many high end landed properties, giving him a good eye for details.
