Pilates for Life is a fully equipped and modern studio located in The Junction, Newcastle offering many classes and courses in Pilates as well as Physiotherapy, Rehabilitaion and other programs... The Pilates For Life studio was established in The Junction , Newcastle in 2004,All classes are run by accredited Pilates instructors as well as qualified physiotherapists. Prior to attending our small group Studio and Rehab classes we recommend an initial assessment with our Physio Kirsten to ensure your program is individually designed to meet your needs and to ensure that your program is safe and effective. You will then be placed in an appropriate class. Pilates for Life - Pilates for everybody - Pilates for fitness and Rehabilitation as well as pregnancy - We have specialised classes for both Pregnant and postnatal ladies... Pilates for Life in The Junction, Newcastle offers physiotherapy, pilates and prenatal and postnatal exercise classes.
