Todd Zeman has been involved with home building pretty much his whole life. His childhood was spent working with the family business, he now owns and operates Orchard City Builders, Inc. and Orchard City Solar. Todd has been a licensed General Contractor and Electrical Contractor in California since 1991, providing full service from design, plan drafting, permit procurement and all building services. Able to handle everything from single room remodels to ground up construction service. The newest innovation is solar PV installation which was a natural extension of his love of electrical installation and awareness of best building practices. Todd is committed to applying sustainable practices and materials to his projects. Todd's clients receive knowledgeable and focused contracting service. His philosophy is one project at a time from start to finish. This ensures that you won't wonder where your contractor has disappeared to during the project. He backs this up with his years of experience on every aspect of construction and now specializes in the installation and servicing of residential and commercial solar systems in the greater Silicon Valley area.
