LCNB National Bank is owned by LCNB Corp. (NASDAQ: LCNB), a $2.2+ billion locally owned one bank holding company headquartered in Lebanon, Ohio. The predecessor of LCNB Corp., The Lebanon Citizens National Bank was formed as a national banking association in 1877. On May 18, 1999, The Lebanon Citizens National Bank became the wholly owned subsidiary of LCNB Corp. In 2007 the Bank changed its name to LCNB National Bank... LCNB National Bank ("Financial Institution") provides referrals to financial professionals of LPL Financial LLC ("LPL") pursuant to an agreement that allows LPL to pay the Financial Institution for these referrals. This creates an incentive for the Financial Institution to make these referrals, resulting in a conflict of interest. The Financial Institution is not a current client of LPL for brokerage or advisory services.
