Aaron Rich - CIO

As chief information officer at BluSky, Aaron Rich is responsible for ensuring IT strategies and processes support company growth, planning and directing the implementation and/or improvement of IT systems, and implementing industry best security practices. Aaron began his career in the software and systems integration industry more than 20 years ago with a Computer Science Degree from Purdue University. He joined BluSky in 2022. His career highlights include building and launching a new Claims administration application in the commercial insurance space and his work in the energy sector that drove energy savings by smoothing out peak loads on the grid by leveraging smart thermostats. In addition to his interest in technology and engineering, Aaron loves to spend time outside. He currently lives with his spouse and 3 children in Littleton, CO and skis, hikes, and plays golf with his family.

Art Eunson - COO

Art is responsible for providing leadership and strategic vision to BluSky. He will bring his extensive leadership experience, focusing on growing and developing BluSky's senior leadership team as the company continues to expand across the country. Art is a customer-focused leader that will drive improvement in operational processes and communication with all stakeholders. Art started his career in 1993 with GE and spent nine years in various engineering roles. Throughout his 25 year career at GE, Art took on roles of increasing responsibility, honing his skills as a "servant leader" to both employees and customers alike while putting safety, responsiveness, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction at the forefront of every decision. Most recently, Art was President of the Metro and Infrastructure division of BrandSafway. He was responsible for delivering significant safety, quality, and financials goals in a complex business unit that spanned all major metropolitan areas across North America. This included major commercial and infrastructure projects across a wide array of customers that include general contractors, EPC's, and developers. Art is originally from western Pennsylvania and earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Penn State University. He currently lives in upstate NY with his wife, Kristin, and two children, Simone and Nicholas. Art and his family focus on spending as much time together as possible and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including golf, skiing, boating, and biking.

Ashley Fullenkamp

Ashley Fullenkamp began her restoration career at Disaster One in 2008 as a business development manager in Atlanta. After the merger of Disaster One and BluSky in 2017, she continued in the same role until she was promoted to a national business development manager in January 2019. In her new role as as vice president of insurance services, Ashley will be leading a team of national business development managers for insurance accounts. Her experience in restoration and expertise in the insurance marketplace makes her a perfect fit to lead this team. The new team will partner with BluSky offices to grow relationships with insurance adjusters, brokers, and consultants. When not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with boyfriend Robert and their 2 dogs, watching sports, and boating on the lake in the Atlanta area.

Brian Davis

Brian joined BluSky in 2023 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to BluSky, having spent over 25 years in executive roles within the restoration and service industries. His background in operational management, sales growth, financial forecasting, and company acquisitions equips him with the strategic insight needed to drive BluSky's success. Brian's dedication to customer relationship development, financial acumen, and contract negotiation will undoubtedly contribute to the company's growth and profitability. His experience in managing diverse teams with varied backgrounds demonstrates his strong leadership skills and ability to foster inclusivity and collaboration within the workplace. His proficiency in market development and safety performance underscores his commitment to excellence and operational efficiency. Brian's deep understanding of the restoration industry - and understanding commercial property damage - positions him as a valuable asset to BluSky. His knowledge and expertise will be instrumental in navigating challenges and seizing opportunities in the dynamic restoration market. Overall, Brian's joining BluSky represents a significant addition to the company's leadership team. Brian resides in Denver with his family.

Chris Elliott

As vice president of the Greensboro, NC office, Chris' primary objective is to aid in the cultivation of growth for the office by leveraging the BluSky brand to develop relationships with industry professionals resulting in new business opportunities. Chris brings extensive restoration and leadership experience, making him a good fit for this new role. His experience stems from grinding his way through college by running his lawn care business, to working his way up from restoration technician, to lead restoration technician, restoration supervisor, mitigation and restoration project manager, mitigation department manager, senior project manager, and then National Director of Healthcare Operations. Chris is well versed in handling both residential and commercial property losses and is triple master certified in water/mold restoration, fire and smoke restoration and textile restoration through the IICRC. His most recent role was national director of healthcare operations at BluSky, where he was responsible for overall healthcare operations across all BluSky markets. He assisted regional and local offices and national team members by monitoring and performing oversite of field operations for all projects across the United States and ensuring compliance in all areas of healthcare.

Chuck Lane

As the Vice President of Learning and Development for BluSky, Chuck provides strategic direction and oversight of the company's employee development initiatives. He joined BluSky in 2020 during the SRP Contractors merger where he previously served as the Director of Training and Education. Chuck has a unique background of experience that he uses to benefit BluSky. His career was previously spent in the area of healthcare and emergency management working for both a 13,000+ employee healthcare organization across the Memphis, TN region and as a primary instructor for FEMA's Center for Domestic Preparedness, where he continues to be involved as a subject matter expert and facilitator for first responders across the nation. Chuck also serves as an education committee member for the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) and is co-developer of the Restoration Leadership Institute Certified Healthcare Restoration Technician (CHRT) course. Blending his experience as an instructor, program developer, and harnessing his own passion for learning, Chuck has built a focused employee development program for BluSky. He has been with the organization through amazing growth, from a few hundred employees to one of the country's largest national restoration firms. Chuck grew up in Mississippi and graduated from Columbia Southern University with a MS in Organizational Leadership. He also holds multiple industry designations from the IICRC, is a Certified Learning and Development Specialist from the Academy to Innovate Human Resources, and holds the prestigious Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) designation from the International Association of Emergency Managers. He and his wife, Elizabeth, are avid adventurers, spending their free time camping, kayaking, and hiking, often accompanied by their dogs or several of their nieces and nephews.

Dale Sharp

Dale earned a Bachelor of Science degree in construction engineering technology from the University of Memphis. He has over twenty-five years of estimating and management experience in both the residential and commercial areas of the industry. He has been involved in all aspects of new construction, renovation, and both historical and insurance restoration. Dale has earned the designation of Certified Restorer (CR) and Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC). Because of this broad base of experience, he has proficiency in a wide array of projects. In fact, a number of organizations and management firms make use of Dale's expertise and certifications in the continuing education of their employees. He was named senior vice president of specialty services in January 2022. Dale previously served on the board for the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) as Chairman of the Education Committee as well as the board for Harding Academy. He currently serves on the board of directors for Golden Cross Senior Ministries.

Dan Flanagan

As an owner and CSO for BluSky, Dan leads the company's sales and business development initiatives. He has been with BluSky since 2007 and is currently a part of the Senior Leadership Team. Dan has a unique background of experience that he has been able to use to benefit BluSky. He led a direct sales organization in the Southwestern Company for seven years early in his career, recruiting and training top teams as well as achieving President's Club levels in sales every year. Dan then gained valuable experience on the technical side of the restoration industry as an independent adjuster for Eberl Claim Service. There he handled commercial and residential property claims throughout the country as a top producer for five years. Folding those two industry experiences together was instrumental in Dan's success as he entered the restoration industry. Before joining BluSky, he led the growth of a regional restoration company, tripling its size during his tenure. Presented with an opportunity to lead the sales and business development at BluSky compelled Dan to join the team in 2007. Since then, his leadership, passion, and disciplined and competitive drive have been a large contributor to BluSky's growth. With Dan on the leadership team, BluSky has grown from a regional start-up firm to one of the country's largest national restoration firms. Dan grew up in Iowa and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Business Administration degree. He and his wife, Naomi, are the parents of five and are very active in their community. Dan has coached football at the youth and high school levels for eight years, serving for two years as head football coach at Valley High School. Dan strives daily to live up to one of his favorite quotes: "Success is not owned - it is rented, and rent is due every day."

Derek Ewigleben

Derek Ewigleben started in the industry as an insurance adjuster in 2006, spent some time working for another contractor, and finally came to BluSky in 2013 as a project director - and later - as vice president of the Fort Collins office. Derek then became one of the first national project directors at BluSky. In his new role, Derek will lead the CAT response team, ensuring excellence in sales, operations, response, customer service, and safety. He will also handle time and material budgeting, cost tracking, and production rate improvement, among many other things. Derek lives in the Denver area with his wife Brittany and two daughters. In his free time, Derek loves saltwater fishing, riding side by sides and camping.

Doug Wesley

As vice president of the Atlanta office, Doug Wesley is responsible for leadership and strategic direction, including day-to-day sales and operations for the office. Doug's knowledge and professionalism in the construction & restoration fields have earned him a reputation as an industry expert. He has been engaged in the construction, remodeling, restoration, and insurance industries for over 20 years. Doug joined the BluSky team in 2017 as a project director. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Mercer University and a master's degree in risk management at Florida State University. Doug currently lives in Suwanee, Georgia, with his wife and two children.

Duane Nurkala-Perry

As vice president of our Detroit office, Duane Nurkala-Perry is responsible for managing all branch office operations including business development, customer relationships, project management and administration. He is also responsible for leveraging the BluSky brand to develop relationships with industry professionals resulting in new business opportunities. Duane began his career in the restoration and construction industry over six years ago after earning a bachelor's degree in health care administration from Baker College in Michigan. He joined BluSky in 2021 as a project director and was chosen to lead our Detroit office in 2022. His career highlights include writing and managing hundreds of successful projects across the country. Duane holds multiple certifications that are specific to the restoration industry including CHRT, OSHA 30, and WRT.

Kyle Rishell - VP

Kyle joined the BluSky team with the Mammoth Restoration merger in May 2023. As Vice President, he is responsible for helping lead the Erie team to achieve sales and operational goals. After living in the Pittsburgh area for a while, Kyle came back to Erie and started his restoration career as a mitigation technician. He worked his way up to mitigation manager, and then general manager / project manager for both his Erie, PA and Columbus, OH teams. Kyle holds IICRC certifications in water, fire, smoke and odor. Outside of work, Kyle spends time with his wife and two children, camping and taking care of the cattle they raise on their 70-acre farm.

Matt began his BluSky career as a project manager in 2016. He was promoted to the role of project director a year later and has been instrumental in the growth of the firm's Colorado Springs office. He holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification and the Restoration Leadership Institute (IICRC). Matt has lived in Colorado since 1990 and enjoys spending time with his family and friends in the great outdoors, hiking, biking, and skiing.

As vice president, Matthew is responsible for the oversight of all sales, operations and project related activities for the Denver market. His primary objective is to aid in the cultivation of new business and driving profitability for the office. Matthew began his career in the restoration and construction industry more than 13 years ago. After graduating the University of Kansas in 2006 with degrees in communications and psychology, Matthew started a career as a catastrophe claims adjuster with a major insurance carrier where he spent 8 years developing estimating and construction knowledge. He joined BluSky in 2014 and was a project director in our Kansas City office until joining the Colorado Springs office as vice president in 2019. In that position, Matthew was responsible for successfully completing over 450 projects and $20,000,000 in sales and revenue. He was named vice president of BluSky's Denver office in 2021. Matthew holds multiple certifications that are specific to the restoration industry, including ASD, WRT, HAAG Commercial, AIS, AINS, and he is working toward his RRO and CR designations. He also holds professional designations from the American Institute For Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (AICPCU).

He began as a "tag-along" on jobs with his dad and uncle as a child, was a water damage technician as a teenager, and has worked in nearly every role the industry has to offer since. He graduated from Tufts University in 2014 and returned to the industry full-time after college. Ryan enjoys spending his free time being active with his wife, goldendoodle (Mia), family, and friends. He loves to travel, golf, hike, snowboard, and play any sport he can. Ryan also enjoys volunteering for Angel Flight, bringing patients in need to and from doctor's appointments.
