After collecting years of experience in the Logistics, Customer Service and Procurement, Jenny has started her journey with GME as an Administrative Assistant. Her drive, motivation and eagerness to learn showed, however, that this position would not fulfil her sufficiently. Hence, we are glad to have her as our Business Development and Procurement Manager where she can show her skills adequately.
Jessica has a degree in Contract Law for which she earned whilst doing a full-time day job, integrating her theoretical knowledge in a practical working environment. This is a showcase of her hard-work, versatility and empathy.
Her post as Contracts and Procurement Manager exposed her to drafting, liaising, negotiating and implementing legal contracts worth 1 million and above. Not only that, since the job is a technical service, she has pushed herself into learning the technical aspects of their products and services in order to facilitate a mutual working relationship with Clients.
Her experience in writing contracts has earned her a Team Leader position, emphasizing on her ability to manage a workforce in terms of hiring and training.
With these capabilities and her growing role within the company over the years, she took over and is now owner and Managing Director of First German Mechatronic Equipment LLC.
With more than 25 years of experience, his last role being a Senior Accountant, Reynaldo is a very valuable part of our team.
His accurate and meticulous method of operation is crucial for our Accounting Department, but he also has the ability to contribute to other areas like Business Analysis, Administration, Customer Service or Marketing.
