Bill began his construction career working in the field. He learned the business from the ground up, holding positions from apprentice to superintendent - all while attending night school to further his construction management and business skills. In 1988, Bill decided to go out on his own and started DP Incorporated. Over the years, Bill built the business on the foundation of integrity, ethics, and uncompromising pursuit of quality. Bill's goal is to have the company recognized by clients as one that consistently provides value-added services while delivering projects on time, on budget, and with the highest standards in the industry. Brian Whinihan - President

As President, Brian is responsible for coaching the project managers, operations managers, and superintendents. He's involved with each of our projects at a high level and gives each project team the support they need to be successful.

Chris has over 30 years of experience in real estate finance, construction software sales, consumer product sales/marketing, general contracting, and business development. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Indiana, and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington. Chris' success has been based on building long-term customer relationships through understanding customer needs, generating collaborative ideas, and facilitating innovative win-win solutions. As the Business Development Manager at DP Inc., Chris' role is to develop, nurture and grow relationships with construction managers, real estate managers, commercial brokers, designers, architectural firms, business owners, and community organizations within the restaurant, class A & B office, medical, dental, and capital project industries.

Eric brings over 35 years of extensive experience in all aspects of construction & project leadership as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, and as a journeyman finish carpenter. His field of experience includes tenant improvement, medical & hospital facilities, restaurants, retail, condo-conversion development, and very high-end residential projects. As General Superintendent, Eric is responsible for all DP Incorporated manpower which involves scheduling, coaching, supporting, directing, and training of our field personnel. Eric ensures that each project is sufficiently staffed and that our safety program is implemented on every project.
