The utility-scale solar farm is organized under condominium law, CommunitySun is the developer and sells SolarCondos to business and residential customers. Similar to a traditional condominium, the renewable energy facility is supported by SolarOwnersAssociation® real-estate management services, and CommunitySun provides maintenance, operation and software services to the owners and the owners association.
