Urminder S. Aulakh. Urminder has practiced law for more than two decades. He has represented individuals and corporations globally in a variety of corporate, business/investment immigration, estates and trusts, and litigation matters. He also assists foreign-based investors with identifying and securing US investment opportunities, and with deriving immigration benefits through investment, when desirable. Prior to practicing law, Urminder worked with The Great Bay Company, a Boston syndicator, where he helped structure multi-million dollar syndicated investment deals. He was then involved in a variety of financial engagements with the Washington, DC offices of Grant Thornton, an international accounting and advisory firm. Urminder possesses a Juris Doctor, a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science. He was born in India, and spent his formative years in London and Glasgow.
