Arun Mathew joined Accel in 2009 and leads growth investments in the enterprise, security, and infrastructure markets. Arun works closely with 1Password, BetterCloud, Code42, Dealer.com (acquired by DealerTrack), ForgeRock, G2 Crowd, PagerDuty, Qualtrics (acquired by SAP), ServiceChannel, Squarespace, Tenable (TENB), Webflow, XebiaLabs, and Yapstone. Arun also leads the firm's Tech Council initiatives and spends time in India, where he is active with Accel's investments in Flipkart, BookMyShow, Ola, and Freshworks. Arun is from Nashville, Tennessee and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

David Faugno is the co-CEO at 1Password and brings 30+ years of global financial and business operations experience.
David was most recently a Venture Partner at Accel Partners. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, both as Chief Financial Officer and in the Office of the CEO, at Qualtrics, the leader in experience management. Before joining Qualtrics, he served as the CFO of Barracuda Networks, Senior Director of Corporate Finance - M&A at Cisco Systems, and held sales and finance roles at AT&T, including CFO of AT&T EMEA. David has served on several private and public company boards and is currently the Audit Committee Chair of BrowserStack and Eagle Eye Networks.
David's extensive experience has earned him significant recognition, including 2012 Francisco Partners Portfolio CFO of the Year and 2013 Silicon Valley Business Journal CFO of the Year. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds an MBA from Duke University. David and his wife have three children and love to travel and spend time outdoors.
Most recently, Erin Figueroa served as the Vice President of Global Operations at Slack, responsible for Program Management, Workplace Operations, Safety, and Security. Erin joined the company in 2015 to found, build, and ultimately scale the Operations function from the ground up - establishing processes that serve as the foundation for how Slack, as an organization, operates to this day.
Erin and her teams were responsible for planning and executing the company's most strategic initiatives, in addition to overseeing operations across 18 global locations. She's an expert in building high-functioning teams and scaling organizations to be more efficient and effective through hypergrowth.
A few of Erin's most recent accomplishments include successfully taking Slack public with its direct listing in June 2019 (the first in enterprise software and the second of all time), leading Slack's Covid-19 response team, and managing Slack's re-entry into the workplace. Most recently, she focused on leading the integration of Slack into Salesforce, which is the second largest acquisition in Silicon Valley history.
Erin lives in the Bay Area with her wife and young kids. She's proud to be a working mom and is a strong champion of healthy work/life balance and flexibility. As for hobbies, she's happiest when she's outside, preferably near the beach.

Erin joined 1Password in 2022 to lead the company's legal function. Previously, she served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Shopify (NYSE/TSX) from pre-IPO in 2014 until December 2021. Before that she was Assistant General Counsel at Nordion (formerly NYSE/TSX), and started her legal career at Stikeman Elliott.
Erin is a Founding Partner at Backbone Angels, an investor collective of women in tech focused on empowering women and non-binary founders who are often overlooked. Erin and Backbone Angels were a part of 1Password's Series C funding in early 2022.
Erin lives in Ottawa with her husband, two teenagers, and their dog. She is an aspiring runner (in reality a jogger), and enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.

Jeannie De Guzman is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at 1Password. With over a decade of experience working in senior financial roles at some of the largest names in Canadian technology, Jeannie's expertise sees her steering the financial direction at 1Password. She joined shortly after the company's series A funding where she built many of the back office functions and operations from the ground up. Jeannie was part of 1Password's Series B funding round, which doubled the company's valuation, and its Series C round. At $620M USD, this marked the largest funding round in Canadian history.
Prior to joining 1Password, Jeannie De Guzman worked at OpenText - Canada's largest publicly traded software company, as Senior Manager of Corporate Finance where she oversaw all Treasury functions. She then moved on to the software company BlueCat Networks as VP of Finance, where she scaled the finance team and oversaw sales operations. BlueCat was acquired by private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners in 2017 for $400M (CAD).

Jeff Shiner is the co-CEO of 1Password, a leader in identity security and extended access management. Since joining in 2012, Jeff has grown 1Password from a 20-person team into a global organization of 1,300 employees valued at $6.8 billion. Julian comes to us having served most recently as the Sr. Vice-President of Global Sales at Lightspeed HQ, a company he helped scale from startup to IPO and through over 10 company acquisitions. Prior to Lightspeed, Julian held several roles in sales and marketing at Bell Canada and CIM.
Julian joined 1Password in 2020 because of the customer-centric culture and the love customers have for 1Password products and teams. In his current role, Julian leads the teams responsible for growth and overall customer health of the companies and users 1Password supports.
Through Julian's team, 1Password gains vital points of insight into what the market expects from a security partner and how 1Password can continue to meet customer needs as they evolve. When Julian's not working on shaping the customer journey, he loves spending time cycling outdoors.

Katya Laviolette is the chief people officer at 1Password, where she doubled the fully remote workforce to nearly 900 employees in 2022, across five countries, and hit a record 83% offer-to-acceptance rate.
Katya believes that HR programs must be strategically aligned with business priorities and does so with a global mindset. She's passionate about creating a positive work culture and has been recognized for her ability to influence and drive business innovation through both talent and organizational development.
Prior to joining 1Password, Katya held executive positions at SSENSE, TC Transcontinental, CBC/Radio-Canada, Rio Tinto, Bombardier Aerospace, and Canadian National Railway. She's also a Board Director with Sanimax and Laps, two global organizations focused on the circular economy.
Katya is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (ORHRI), as well as a certified coach with Integral Coaching Canada. Katya is actively involved in her community, having served many years on the Board of Pour 3 Points (P3P), as well as mentoring women leaders within the Governance au Féminin organization.

Mark Anderson is the President of Revenue at Cloudflare and a key member of its executive leadership team. From 2019 to early 2024, Mark also served on Cloudflare's board of directors.
Before joining Cloudflare, Mark served as CEO of Alteryx, where he successfully expanded the company's market presence and drove significant revenue growth. Prior to that, he was the President of Palo Alto Networks, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company from less than $200 million to over $2.5 billion in revenue. As CRO at F5, Mark oversaw dramatic growth from less than $200 million to over $1.5 billion. Mark also held leadership positions at Cisco Systems and Lucent Technologies, where he led enterprise sales and strategic business development initiatives.
Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from York University, and he is widely recognized for his expertise in scaling organizations and driving sustained growth.

Melton Littlepage joins 1Password as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a 20+-year track record of innovation, category creation, and growth acceleration at innovative technology companies.
Melton was most recently the CMO at Outreach, the leading sales execution platform helping individual sales reps and whole revenue organizations create more pipeline and close more deals. At Outreach, Melton led the global teams responsible for strategic communications, brand, demand generation, customer expansion, product marketing, community, and sales development.
He joined Outreach from Tenable, where he led marketing for one of the most respected and innovative brands in cybersecurity and helped the company evolve from consumer and SMB markets into enterprise. Prior to Tenable, he served as senior vice president of marketing at New Relic and as CMO at Schoology, the edtech leader acquired by PowerSchool. He also held a succession of marketing leadership roles for more than 10 years at Concur, a multi-billion dollar global B2B SaaS leader. Melton, his wife, and his three labrador retrievers are located in the suburbs of Washington, DC.
Natalia is proud of how quickly 1Password has been able to grow and adapt to continuously improve. One of Natalia's favorite memories is getting to see her husband, Roustem, present at an Apple Conference right after Steve Jobs.
In her spare time, Natalia loves binge watching TV shows with Roustem. She's also an avid reader and once read every book on The New York Times Best Seller list of that year.
