Jason earned his Bachelor's of Science in Engineering from University of Pennsylvania with a major in Computer Science Engineering and a minor in Systems Engineering. Before joining Yula Corporation, Jason started in MEP design consulting and moved into software consulting in the telecom and finance industries. Since joining Yula Corporation, Jason has focused on the mechanical design and fabrication side of the business and continues that focus as Co-President alongside Michael and Matthew. Jason lives in Pelham, NY with his wife, Eileen, and two sons, Ryan and Ian. Outside of work, Jason is currently the Cubmaster for his sons' Cub Scout Pack along with finding time to play and coach various sports.

Matthew graduated from Colgate University in 2006 with a degree in Biology and minor in Art & Art History. He worked in advertising and sales for 2 years prior to joining the business. During his early years at Yula Corporation, he was responsible for thermal design work and overseeing the Quality Control department. He later moved into roles in Sales and Operations, and now shares the title of Co-President with his cousins, Jason and Michael. Matthew lives in New Rochelle with his wife. His personal interests include travel, music concerts, movies and TV, yoga and golf.

After earning a degree in economics with honors from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005, Michael started his career as a consultant at Deloitte in New York City. Three years later, he started working at Yula Corporation in sales and procurement under the tutelage of his father and uncle. Since joining the company, Michael has had multiple managerial roles and now shares the title of Co-President with Jason and Matthew. Michael lives in New York City with his wife and newborn son. When he is not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys golf, travel, and watching sports.
