Terry Lander was born in one of the flats at Lansdowne Road, after purchasing this property he then went on to purchase Harrison Court , St Mark's Works, Foundry Lane and St Mary's Works, Burnmoor Street. The first site purchased as Hammond Grange Ltd was Premier Works, Canal Street.
